We are currently receiving an unprecedented amount of orders. Please allow approximately 5 business days for your order to be processed. An email will be sent once your order has been been dispatched. Please do not send enquires asking if/when your order will be dispatched - it will not help your order to be dispatched any quicker.

Express Post?

But I paid for Express Post? All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Choosing express post does not mean your order is processed before anyone else's. You are choosing a quicker shipping method only, it is not a priority dispatch service.

When will my order be dispatched?

We are doing our best to process all orders as quickly as possible, however due to the massive increase in orders please allow approximately 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Please do not send enquiries asking when your order will be dispatched, it does not make it happen any quicker. As always, an email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

When will my order arrive?

Due to the sudden increase of online shopping, Australia Post are running behind, please allow extra time for the delivery of your order. You can check Australia Post's website for more information by clicking here.

Is Express Post available?

Yes, if you need to receive your order more quickly Express Post is still available. Please note that choosing express post does not give your order priority over other orders, it is the shipping method only, not a priority dispatch service.

Are all products still available?

We are facing big delays with our stock deliveries. It is taking our suppliers a lot longer to dispatch orders - what used to arrive overnight is now taking a week. We are doing our best to keep everything in stock. If something you've ordered is not currently available we may hold your order for an extra day or two if it's due to arrive soon, or if it's not going to be available for a while, we'll either create a backorder or issue an account credit.

How can I contact you?

If you do have an enquiry, please use the contact us form and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note that due to the increased number of orders and customers, our response time will be a lot slower than usual.
