Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery postcode. There is a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page, simply add an item to your cart then enter your postcode. It will automatically update the shipping price as you add more items.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Some heavy items as well as 15kg boxes of wax are excluded from free shipping.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day.
- We do not have a set cut-off time as it depends on how busy we are on any given day.
- Orders are sent via Australia Post. Larger orders may be sent via courier. Tracking will be available for all orders.
- Orders are dispatched from South West Sydney daily (business days only).
- By default, all orders are sent with signature required on delivery. You can change this option during checkout but please be advised we take no responsibility if your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered.
- Orders can only be sent to Australian addresses, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and please allow extra time during peak periods. For Australia Post's estimated delivery time frames click here. If you think your order should have already arrived please be sure to check the tracking prior to contacting us as it could simply be awaiting collection at your local post office. If not, please contact us or Australia Post.
Express post is available, simply choose this option during checkout. Please note that choosing Express Post does not move your order to the top of the list, it means the delivery time will be quicker than regular post. We do however strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please also note that as we are a business customer with Australia Post, their Express Post overnight guarantee does not apply. This is Australia Post, not us.
Please make sure your address is correct!
Australia Post charges us for any orders that are returned to sender. The cost of this is $12 per parcel. If your order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address details or unclaimed (not picked up from post office), this cost will be payable before your order is re-sent as well as shipping costs to re-send. If your order is returned and you wish to cancel it instead of having it re-sent, the $12 RTS fee plus the original shipping costs plus any payment fees will be deducted from any refund amount. This will add up to at least $20 so please ensure your address details are correct before submitting your order.
