Returns Policy


If a product you receive is damaged upon arrival or faulty we are happy to organise a return/replacement, we do not however accept change of mind returns. As a small business, the time involved, and the cost of processing returns can be extremely high. We are also left with a product that we are unable to re-sell as it has been opened, used etc. It is for these reasons that we do not accept change of mind returns.

We do not accept returns on any of our fragrance or scented products. Whether you like a particular scent or not comes down to personal preference. In other words, not liking the smell of a scented product is not a valid reason for a return request. If you unsure of a particular scent we suggest you purchase a small size before committing to larger sizes.

If a product is damaged or faulty we will require evidence such as photos or video to show the problem.
